Cancellation and No Show Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

If you cancel/ reschedule greater than 24 hours: 50% of scheduled services will be charged.

If you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours: 100% of scheduled services will be charged.

Any appointment 10 minutes past scheduled start time without notification or presence is an automatic same-day cancelation and you will be charged for 100% of services booked. Please be ready and presentable 15 min early to avoid this.

Any appointment with service reduction during the appointment is treated as a same-day cancellation. No exceptions.

2-Hour services: Any appointment lasting 2 hours or longer is subject to a minimum 50% charge of services booked for ANY cancelation or reschedule reason.
